Yevgen Y. 44 years old, on June 09, 2015, was examined, consulted and admitted to NODUS with the diagnosis: Post-traumatic repeated distortion of the thoracic and lumbar spine on the background of the spinal osteochondrosis, lumbalgia with remitting radiculates of the corresponding roots in the acute period of illness. The patient was offered free rehabilitation according to the program of Individual Rehabilitation in the framework of the charitable project on rehabilitation of soldiers and volunteers injured in the ATO zone.
At the time of admission, the patient complained of pain and discomfort in the lumbar region with irradiation in the left leg.
