Patient P. addressed to the "Nodus" clinic with complaints of impaired sensitivity in the lower extremity, the supporting function of the left leg, pain during movement and loading up to 7 points on the pain scale (on March 13, 2022, he received a gunshot wound to the left leg in the Kherson region).

The patient moved with the help of crutches.

When examining according to the Scales:

• Rivermead - 13 points
• FIM - 123 points
• Rankin - 2.0
• Bartel - 95.0

- bending angles D - 0, P bending - 0;
- muscle strength 10 DAN.

On June 20, 2022, the implementation of the individual rehabilitation program was started.

The individual rehabilitation program included:

• Hardware dosed walking in the MILL & MILL TRACK system
• Navigation electromyostimulation with Biodex 4 Pro
• Verticalization with EasyStand Glider
• Therapeutic rhythmic high-frequency electromagnetic TMS stimulation with "Neurosoft"
• Electrical stimulation of SVN
• Walking restoration with GEO robotic complex
• Active-passive rehabilitation of the lower limbs with THERA-vital

The patient underwent free of charge the outpatient rehabilitation & treatment in compliance with the Memorandum between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the "Nodus" clinic about cooperation in restorative treatment and rehabilitation of wounded soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dated 04/12/2021 No. 5275.

On completion of the rehabilitation, the patient has noticed the following improvements of:

• sensitivity in the lower limb;
• the support function of the left leg;
• reduction of pain during movement (up to 2-3 points sporadically);
• increase in muscle strength up to 70 DAN;
• low % coefficient, indicating high quality of execution;
• walking without aids (crutches), including stairs;
• improvements according to Scales:

FIM - 126 points
Rankin - 1.0
Barthel - 100.0
- increase in D bending angles - 20*, P bending angles - 10*.
