"Leg is mowing, hand is begging!" - in such simple words neurologically stable motor disorders in a patient after an acute stroke in the middle cerebral artery were  explained to me, once as a student .

Almost 25 years have passed since then, but if you think that something has changed in the recovery of such patients, you are wrong! To this day, walking through the parks, you can see such patients on the streets, those who barely able to move.

Despite the enormous educational projects carried out annually by leading experts in the field for neurologists, neurosurgeons, medical and physical rehabilitation workers, with rare exceptions, these patients continue to limp around the circles of post-Soviet approaches and unrelated concepts.

Konstantin  is  such a case.
The case when after an acute vascular catastrophe on Feb 28, 2020, the patient  grew distrust, skepticism and fear of his tomorrow, instead of the restored  mobility and functional independence. He was in such a desperate state for almost one year and a half.

I am grateful to God and my team that we again helped the patient regain the mobility of the right limbs for the right-handed man, the liveliness of speech, the melody of the gait, returned almost to the premorbid level!
