ACHIEVEMENTS of CAMILLA DOLGUSHYNA, the NODUS patient





Camilla D. , born in 2010, a daughter of a soldier-ATO participant, from the town of Hirnyk, Donetsk region.

At 3 years old a considerable problem with walking was diagnosed.

On 27th March, 2017 a surgery was performed to Camilla. The post-surgery convalescence was going at Nodus, where the girl was following an Individual rehabilitation program, in the framework of the Nodus Charitable project.


The patient undergone the tailored rehabilitation program, consisting of the following:

  • session for active and passive rehabilitation of the upper and lower limbs (THERA-Vital)
  • session for active and passive rehabilitation of the upper and lower limbs (MOTOmed)
  • S-E-T kinesiotherapy session
  • machine dosed walking session in MILL&MILL TRACK, 
  • development of coordinating walking in children’s bars
  • water treatment with elements of exercise therapy in water
  • session for development of the verticalized walking
  • Neuroelectrostimulation

Camilla completed the inpatient rehabilitation course with positive dynamics:

  • the patient walks herself, without somebody’s support;
  • the right gait has been developed;
  • the walking velocity and the distance have increased;
  • the strength of the lower limbs muscles has increased.
