Georgiza Ariana, born in 1998, was injured as a result of an accident on September 03, 2014 (she fell from a scooter).The girl in a grave condition, with the consequences of severe polytrauma, was delivered to the Intensive Unit of the Novoselytsya Central Regional Hospital. At the insistence of Ariana”s relatives, the NODUS specialists came for a field consultation and diagnosis of the patient.
On October 16, 2014, after stabilizing her condition, the patient was transferred to NODUS for rehabilitation treatment. At NODUS Ariana spent 5 months (from October 2014 to March 2015)
At the time of hospitalization in Noodus, the patient was not able to maintain a productive contact, performed only spontaneous movements, could not eat, drink and respond to the speech addressed to her, touch.
Ariana’s treatment at NODUS was grounded on many-hour daily sessions of specialized hardware kineziotherapy, as well as dynamic examinations, neurophysiological observations and medical treatment in accordance with the created individual rehabilitation program (IRP).

At the time of discharge from NODUS, there is a positive dynamics: the patient is able to seat independently, to talk, to walk, to do exercises using fine motor skills of the hands. Ariana’s talking has acquired emotionality and semantic character.
In spite of the considerable positive achievements, Ariana, at the insistence of her parents, terminated the treatment at the center and was discharged under the supervision at the place of residence.
