Marina R., born in 2002., was wounded in the spinal cord (a blind penetrating injure of the lumbar spine, contusion of the spinal cord) in January 2015. Primarily she was treated in a hospital in Mariupol. In February 2015 the girl was transferred to the "Okhmatdit" Children’s Medical Centre in Kyiv.
In September 2016 Maryna was admitted to NODUS for further investigation and development of a program of individual rehabilitation (IRP).
During the hospitalization to Nodus, the girl was diagnosed with sensitivity and mobility disorders in the right leg, impaired pelvic organs (incontinence), she also had trophic ulcers in the area of the coccyx and the buttocks.
According to the created IRP the patient received the inpatient and further outpatient rehabilitation courses, including the following regularly therapeutic sessions:
